If your store credits are not showing up at checkout, it’s possible that you are not logged into your VIP account. Make sure to:

  • Log in by using one of the two available methods:

a. Log in from the website using your email address and password:  This method doesn't require an SMS code, and your store credits will be automatically available and appear at checkout.

b. Log in from the checkout page using the SMS option. Enter your email address and request an SMS code, then input the code. Once you're logged in, your store credits will appear and can be applied to your order.

  • After logging in, your available store credits should appear and be available for use at checkout.

2. I’m logged in, but the credits still aren’t applying. What should I do?

If you are logged in and still experiencing issues with applying credits:

  • Double-check the store credit amount you're trying to apply. You can manually adjust the amount at checkout.
  • Ensure you click on the "Apply" button after adjusting the credit amount. If this step is skipped, the credits will not be deducted from your total.

3. I added or removed items from my cart after applying the credits. What now?

If you’ve made changes to your cart (adding or removing items), the applied store credit balance might need to be updated to match the new subtotal. Simply:

  • Refresh the page so the information and cart are updated.
  • Re-enter the correct store credit amount based on the updated cart total.
  • Don’t forget to click "Apply" again to make sure the credits are applied correctly.

4. What if the credits don’t fully cover my order?

Store credits can only be applied to cover the subtotal of your order, so if the credits are less than the total, you will need to pay the remaining balance using another payment method. If your order exceeds your available credits, adjust the amount you want to apply and then click "Apply."

5. I’m still unable to apply my store credits. What should I do?

If none of the above steps work, there might be an issue with your account or the checkout process. In this case:

  • Try logging out and back into your VIP account using one of the two described log in options above.
  • Ensure that your internet connection is stable.
