1. What are store credits, and how do they work?
Store credits are funds that accumulate in your account as part of the VIP membership. On the 1st of every month, you will be charged $29 as part of the VIP Membership. After the charge, you will receive $29 in store credits, which can be used to cover the subtotal of your orders. Your available store credit balance will be displayed when you log in to your account.
2. How do I log in to access my VIP store credits?
There are two ways to log in:
a. Log in from the website using your email address and password: This method doesn't require an SMS code, and your store credits will be automatically available and appear at checkout.
b. Log in from the checkout page using the SMS option. Enter your email address and request an SMS code, then input the code. Once you're logged in, your store credits will appear and can be applied to your order.
3. How do I apply my store credits at checkout?
- First, log in using one of the methods described above. Make sure that the email used to log in is the one associated with your active VIP account.
- Once logged in, your store credit balance will automatically appear in your account and be available for use at checkout.
- Adjust the amount of store credits you want to use by entering the desired amount.
- Click "Apply" to ensure the credits are applied to your order.
4. What if I add or remove items from my cart after applying store credits?
If you change the items in your cart after applying store credits (either by adding or removing products), you will need to update the applied store credit balance accordingly. The new total will require adjusting the store credit amount, and don’t forget to click “Apply” again.
5. Can I partially use my store credits?
Yes, you can choose to apply only a portion of your available store credits to your order. Simply adjust the amount in the store credit box at checkout and apply it. The remaining credits will stay in your account for future purchases.
6. What happens if I don’t spend my store credits?
Store credits accumulate month by month if you don't use them. They will not expire, so you can save them up and use them for larger purchases whenever you like.
