For a perfect manicure you have to clean up your nails by removing any other nail polish (if any), clip, file, buff your nails, choose your favorite shape (round, squared, oval, almond, ballerina) and push back your cuticles. After these steps, you have to remove the shine from the top of your nails, because it will help the gel polish to adhere to the nail plate and use alcohol to dehydrate your nails, again this will help the polish stick and last as long as possible.

When you’re done with the nail preps, you can go ahead and start your perfect manicure.

  • First, add the base coat: apply it as close to the edges as possible but also try to avoid your cuticles or skin. When you’re done, you have to place your nails under the LED lamp for 30 seconds, or UV lamp for 2 minutes and let them cure.
  • Secondly, apply the first coat of nail color polish and make sure you put on a thin layer and then cure it under the lamp for the time needed. Please, keep in mind that two coats are better than one thick sloppy one, so we do recommend you to apply a second coat and again, cure it under the lamp.
  • Finally, you are done with the color, so it’s time to seal off everything and give your nails a nice final touch by applying a thin layer of the top coat gel polish. One last time, cure your nails under the lamp and you’re all set!

By using a paper towel, remove the excess on the top of the nail polish by gently rubs with alcohol. This final step is really important because it will keep the dust and small particles away from your beautiful manicure! Last but not least, don’t forget to moisturize your hands!
