I usually do not do business with any company unable or unwilling to include their phone number in their website. I encourage you to add a phone number to your Madam Glam website, please! I know I am not alone with this request. It has been very frustrating for me to have a question that was not answered by either your email or your website.... portal(?) Many of your shoppers would rather give their money to a company with a customer service number, and most companies offer this. Thank you, From a "VIP" customer who does not feel very important to Madam Glam.
